Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer
Experience Range: 7+ Years (with 5+ Years in Salesforce Development)
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recommend appropriate architecture and implementation patterns for scalable, secure solutions.
• Develop standards, guidelines, and frameworks for Salesforce platforms/tools and mentor teams.
• Lead solution design, ensuring platform consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, support issue resolution, and ensure performance optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current with Salesforce trends and technologies.
• Collaborate across teams, displaying leadership, ownership, and strategic thinking.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming), and integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD processes, GIT, and tools like Copado
• Strong background in designing secure, scalable enterprise integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in scaled Agile environments

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I, Application/System Architect, Integration Architect, Platform App Builder
• Experience in event-driven architecture using Platform Events
• Strategic planning and governance process experience
• Exposure to ERP integrations
