The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce integrations, and should be comfortable collaborating with both onsite and offshore teams. Prior exposure to Java/.NET, and additional Salesforce clouds or tools like Tableau CRM and FSL is a plus.Must-Have SkillsSalesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), Triggers, SOQL, SFDX.Integration: REST/SOAP API, WSDL, Platform Events, Metadata API, Force.com Bulk API.Salesforce Administration: User management, roles, profiles, security settings, workflows, approval processes, page layouts, record types.Tools & Technologies:CI/CD Tools: GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, ANT migration tool, Change Sets.Development Tools: Visual Studio Code, Data Loader.Project Experience:Minimum of 4 end-to-end Salesforce Lightning project implementations.Hands-on with Sales Cloud (mandatory); Service and Community Clouds (preferred).Certifications:Mandatory: Platform Developer I, App Builder.Preferred: Platform Developer II (all modules), Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant.Problem Solving: Ability to propose and implement multiple solutions to technical problems.Other Technical Skills:HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery/JavaScript frameworks.Exposure to object-oriented programming (Java/.NET platforms).SQL/PLSQL, database design knowledge.Deployment Expertise: Strong experience in resolving deployment errors and managing code migrations.Data Handling: Experience with tools like Informatica, Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar ETL platforms.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with:Tableau CRMMarketing Cloud, PardotField Service Lightning (FSL)Heroku, Radian6, Einstein, Salesforce1 mobile appFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions.Design and develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex/Lightning code.Integrate Salesforce with other internal/external systems using standard protocols.Collaborate with U.S.-based Salesforce teams and business stakeholders for requirement gathering, KT, and delivery.Customize and configure SFDC objects, workflows, dashboards, templates, and layouts.Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant improvements.Conduct unit testing and write test classes ensuring robust coverage.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Salesforce certifications as listed under "Must-Have Skills."Skills:Sfdc Design,Apex,Salesforce IntegrationAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
