Intune L3 Administrator (with Ivanti & JAMF Pro Experience)

Location:

Bengaluru (Remote)

Work Type:

Full-time, Night Shift (Remote)

Experience Range:

6 to 8 years

in endpoint management with deep experience in Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti EPM.

Must Have Skills:

Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):

+ Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment
+ Device compliance policies, security baselines, MDM configurations
+ App protection and conditional access policies
+ Application deployment (MSI, Win32, Store Apps)
+ Group Policy (GPO) migration to Intune
+ L3-level troubleshooting for Intune-related issues

Jamf Pro (macOS Management):

+ macOS device deployment and management
+ FileVault encryption, policy enforcement, software distribution
+ Integration with Intune for Conditional Access

Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM):

+ Software patching, distribution, and endpoint compliance
+ Security policy enforcement and performance troubleshooting

Scripting and Automation:

+ PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting

Soft Skills & Process Adherence:

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Good communication and collaboration with global teams
+ Documentation, SOP creation, and mentoring junior team members

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Azure AD & Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems using REST/SOAP APIs Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Scrum and Kanban Functional and technical design of ERP/CRM cloud platforms Experience with data loader tools and production deployments Experience supporting compliance and audit processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-end support and administration of Microsoft Intune for multi-platform environments macOS lifecycle management via Jamf Pro, integrated with Intune Administration and troubleshooting of Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) Policy configuration, patching, application deployment, and endpoint security Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts Support for escalations, deployment errors, and compliance enforcement Mentor L1/L2 team members, provide technical leadership Interface with client stakeholders for requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and deployment support Ensure high-quality delivery through sprint planning, RCA, and continuous improvement

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
