Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Lead Gen AI Engineer to lead a high-performing offshore team working on Gen AI solutions in the real estate domain. This role requires close collaboration with the Gen AI Architect and direct accountability for delivery, technical execution, and mentoring the team across various Gen AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the offshore team in developing, testing, and deploying Gen AI and NLP-based applications.

• Collaborate closely work with the Lead Architect to translate high-level designs into actionable workstreams.

• Develop and guide the team on best practices in GPT-based development, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI Agent integration.

• Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.

• Be the primary point of contact for daily offshore activities and status updates.

• Support integration with APIs, data pipelines, and visualization layers as needed.

• Ensure smooth hand-offs and communication with the onshore team, including readiness for overlapping hours up to 12 AM IST.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing small-to-mid sized technical teams.

• Experience working on real-world NLP or Gen AI projects.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid customer-collaborative model, with overlap till 12 AM IST.
