Role Overview

Leverage the internal data available across various enterprise systems to analyze team performance, productivity, workloads, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis & Visualization Specialist who can work closely with business and engineering teams to capture, clean, analyze, and visualize data, providing actionable insights for leadership decision making.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands on data handling skills, and the ability to translate raw data into meaningful stories.



Key Responsibilities

Capture, clean, and transform data from various internal systems including Hivel, Azure services, and other operational platforms.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.

Build interactive, visually compelling dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.

Own end-to-end analytics workflows from data acquisition to final insights and reporting.

Work closely with Data Engineering teams to align on data pipelines, data quality, and architecture.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements related to productivity, team performance, workloads, and operational KPIs.

Create automated reporting solutions to support recurring analytics needs.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in visualization and storytelling.



Technical Expectations

Strong hands on experience with SQL, data modeling, and data transformation.

Experience working with cloud ecosystems, especially Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, etc.).

Ability to work with data from systems such as Hivel or similar workflow/operations management platforms.

Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik.

Understanding of ETL/ELT processes; experience working with Data Engineers to refine data pipelines.

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python/R) for advanced analysis is a plus.

Experience with large, complex datasets and distributed data environments.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization roles.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and data storytelling capabilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for non technical audiences.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.

Exposure to operational analytics (SLA metrics, productivity metrics, workload analysis, etc.).

Experience working in cross functional and global teams.
