The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Databricks and Azure stack technologies, strong technical leadership experience, and a passion for modern architecture practices. Candidates must be willing to work in a 2nd shift and in a hybrid work model from Bengaluru.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and implement Azure infrastructure enterprise-level projects to design and deploy secure, scalable cloud environments.Architect and deliver cloud-native solutions using Azure, Databricks, PySpark, Python, and AKS.Work closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and technical requirements.Migrate application services from on-premise to cloud using both manual and automated approaches.Collaborate with client teams to adapt and transform their on-premise infrastructure practices for the cloud.Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solutions and validate architecture decisions.Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Azure solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS).Ensure security principles and best practices are integrated into all solution designs.Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for future Azure implementations and enhancements.Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in Azure cloud strategy and implementation across various stakeholders.Required Experience & Skills610 years of total experience with at least 2+ years as an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect.Strong hands-on experience with Azure Stack, Databricks, PySpark, AKS, and Python.In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and PaaS tools.Proven experience in architecting complex Azure public/private cloud platform solutions.Background in modern architecture patterns like event-driven systems, stream processing, CQRS, and event storming.Experience in .NET and SQL Server-based enterprise web applications.API design and implementation experience with a focus on security practices.Experience deploying and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure in enterprise environments.Strong client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for technology innovation and continuous improvement in cloud-based solutions.Recognition or credibility within the Microsoft ecosystem is a strong advantage.Work ModeHybrid (onsite + remote)Willingness to work in 2nd shift to collaborate with global teamsSkills:Databricks,Azure,Pyspark, Python, AksAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
