Role Overview





We are seeking an experienced

Lead- Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management

to oversee the operational, reporting, and governance functions across client reporting and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

fund administration, fund accounting, and client relationship management

, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities




Oversee and manage the

Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management

function to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Set

team objectives

, conduct

performance appraisals

, and provide ongoing coaching and development. Act as a

senior escalation point

for all client reporting and accounting service-related issues. Manage

stakeholder engagement and relationship management

between Business Client Reporting, Accounting, and Service Management teams. Identify

operational risks

, implement controls, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Produce

monthly MIS and KPI reports

for oversight teams, ensuring accuracy and insight into team performance. Provide detailed

monthly commentary

to regional oversight functions in Horsham, Singapore, and the US on delivery versus KPI targets. Escalate issues to the

Head of Client Mandate

that fall outside agreed service standards. Drive

process improvement initiatives

to enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce operational risk. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with

regional heads of Client Mandate

to address region-specific operational and reporting issues. Maintain updated knowledge of

regulatory and compliance requirements

related to fund administration and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications




Bachelor's degree

in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience

in fund administration, fund management, or client reporting, with at least

3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of

fund accounting operations

,

client reporting processes

, and

financial controls

. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools or fund administration systems is a plus. Excellent

leadership, coaching, and team management

skills. Strong

communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management

abilities. Analytical and

problem-solving mindset

with a focus on risk mitigation and process optimization. Strong

organizational and prioritization skills

to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
