Job Description


Role Proficiency: Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Manage Project:
  • Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories

Manage Defects:
  • Perform defect RCA and mitigation
  • Identify defect trends and take proactive measures to improve quality

Estimate:
  • Create and provide input for effort estimation for projects

Manage knowledge:
  • Consume and contribute to project related documents

  • Review the reusable documents created by the team

Release:
  • Execute and monitor release process

Design:
  • Contribute to creation of design (HLD
    LLD
    SAD)/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models

Interface with Customer:

  • Present design options to customers
  • Conduct product demos

Manage Team:
  • Set FAST goals and provide feedback
  • Understand aspirations of team members and provide guidance

    Additional Comments: SAP – HYBRIS E-Commerce (Techno Consultant) Roles/Responsibilities: ? Should interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions. ? Should diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation. ? Should have experience & knowledge of multi-channel architecture, data modeling with Hybris, Data exchange. ? Should provide inputs and directions for the team for design and implementation. ? Define implementation processes, quality gates, standards, best practices to manage performance and scalability. ? Coordinating and delegating backend work to internal and external developers. Skills/Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE: ? 5+ years of experience in implementing Hybris applications for B2B and B2C clients. Experience in architecture and designing end-end implementations of at least 2 projects using Hybris and J2EE. ? Should have Excellent Knowledge of JAVA/J2EE, Architecture patterns, Design Patterns, Spring Framework, AJAX, Maven, Java Scripts and CSS. ? Familiar with cloud-based architecture like AWS, Azure, etc. preferably SAP Hybris cloud. ? Demonstrable experience and understanding of E-Commerce integrations with various enterprise and third party systems like SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Search Engine, Recommendations, Payment etc. using DataHub and Hot Folder. ? Hands on Experience in Creating the Product and Content Catalogs with Pages, Content Slots, Components, Items creation and Domain Model. ? Ability to define various architecture constructs such as solution architecture, logical and physical view, and application architecture.
