You will be responsible for



Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process compliance and audit

Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Driving CI culture implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team

Prepare / Reconcile GL to HFM system Working on HFM Validation during period end and prepare knowledge document for future reference Resolving all financial HFM related queries from Group, C&C, Deloitte, TBS Bengaluru and markets Supporting colleagues on HFM related ad hocs Monitoring HFM data load process through FDMEE GL to HFM mapping concept and support business

queries on mappings

Support business on P13 & P14 adjustments Prepare/ Review all month end journals for HFM Area Any additional process that would be transitioned to TBS in future. Taking lead in resolving Legacy issues process improvement process changes audit queries peer review

Operational skills relevant for this job:


IT Tool Acumen- Ability to Understand HFM Product suite - Enterprise Planning Essbase, Understanding of Financial Adv MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong Verbal and Written Communication Time Management, Stakeholder Management Strong Analytical Ability, Problem Solving Process Mapping Tools and Techniques


Experience relevant for this job:


Chartered Accountant (1-3 PQE preferred), Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, UK FRS) Experience in audit procedures, documentation & compliances. Preferred HFM Experience
