Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated young professionals for the position of Lead Human Resource at Bhopal.

Job Summary:



The HR Lead will be responsible for leading the organization's human resources function, developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and ensuring effective talent management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Manage performance management, compensation, and benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives Lead learning, training, and leadership development programs Manage HR systems, reporting, and audits Lead and mentor the HR team

Qualification:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices Proficient in MS Office Tools ( Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience:



5 - 15 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
