Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to enhance efficiency. Ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and stakeholders. Delegate new hiring requirements with the team and track recruitment progress. Employee Management & Engagement Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. Ensure discipline and adherence to company SOPs and policies. Plan, budget, and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale. Monitor employee retention and turnover trends, providing insights. Handle workplace safety concerns and grievance resolution. Manage employee grievances and bridge any communication gaps. Co-ordinate with department heads to ensure clear communication and execution of all new initiatives & engagement activities. Compliance & HR Policies Lead the policy development to align with company values. Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements. Implement new initiatives based on feedback & review to foster better working conditions and policies. Training & Development Coordinate with department heads to create training plans and initiatives for employees. Research & implement L&D initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. Collect training feedback and integrate improvements. Analyze employee performance and recommend targeted training programs. Organize workshops/seminars on relevant industry trends and skills. Payroll & HR Operations Prepare and submit employee attendance data for payroll processing. Coordinate with external vendors to manage salary accounts, PF, ESIC, etc. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the final salary report is accurate and submitted in time for the salary cycle. Team Management & Reporting Manage the team's work performance and ensure positive outcomes. Provide regular training or course work to keep the team informed of new HR practices and improve their skillset. Ensure clear and concise reports are being generated to display the HR Department's Performance. Present department performance and HR insight to the senior management during review meetings and implement feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably an HR Generalist Field. Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and people management skills. Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS & ATS (Zoho preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
