Job Description

Key responsibilities
Staffing & Recruitment:
a. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
b. Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
c. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Training & Development:
a. Design and implement learning & development programs tailored to manufacturing and engineering teams.
b. Establish leadership development frameworks and technical skill enhancement modules.
c. Monitor training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
3 Payroll & HR Operations:
a. Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
b. Manage HRIS systems and employee records.
c. Streamline HR processes for efficiency and transparency.
4Employee Engagement:
a. Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster motivation and retention.
b. Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and cultural initiatives.
c. Champion recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
5Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):
a. Drive D&I initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
b. Ensure fair policies and practices across recruitment, promotions, and employee development.
6Compliance & Policy Management:
a. Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
b. Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with organizational values.
c. Act as the custodian of ethical practices and grievance redressal mechanisms.
7.Workforce Management:
a. Oversee manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
b. Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
c. Monitor productivity metrics and optimize workforce allocation.
Requirements
1. Education:
o Master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
o MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred for added advantage in strategic and leadership responsibilities.
2. Experience:
o 10-12 years of proven experience in Human Resources experience, primarily in the service industry, complemented by subsequent exposure to the manufacturing sector.
3. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.
4. Proven track record in recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
