The incumbent shall be supporting the various HR members and end users over execution of various people processes in HR systems. The role shall be also be ensuring time to time new features, enhancements and controls are built across integrated HR technology environment. The scope of system administration shall also include generating various reports through system enabling business in doing various analysis across various HR processes and shall also support the HR audit (Internal Audit/Stat Audit/IFC Audit)The incumbent shall drive development, process documentation, assessment/testing, training, adoption and delivery of various HR projects involving scope of technology interventions thereby improving the overall efficiency of HR function.Strategic Responsibilities
