Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client or organizational hiring needs. Manage sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, campus hiring, etc.). Oversee and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring targets and timelines are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Negotiate salary offers and manage onboarding processes. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and diversity standards. Vendor management and coordination with external recruitment agencies. Train, mentor, and develop junior recruiters.

Key Skills



Strong knowledge of recruitment & staffing lifecycle (IT/non-IT, permanent/contract). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Team leadership and people management. Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS, and job portals. Networking and relationship-building skills. Analytical skills to track hiring metrics and improve processes. Adaptability to changing business needs and high-pressure environments.

Qualification & Experience



Bachelor's degree is needed, MBA would be beneficial. Preferred : 1 to 4 years of experience.
