About the Role



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to take full ownership of our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, performance management, and strategic planning. This role is key in driving a positive and productive work environment, supporting employee growth, and aligning HR initiatives with the organization's objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities



Recruitment and Hiring



Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Employee Relations



Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally and promptly. Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive work environment.

Training and Development



Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and enhance organizational capabilities. Identify learning and development needs across teams.

Compliance



Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Performance Management



Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes. Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.

HR Strategy



Develop HR strategies that support business goals and promote company culture. Participate in organizational development and workforce planning.

Compensation and Benefits



Manage payroll inputs and employee benefits, including Provident Fund. Review and recommend compensation structures to remain competitive in the industry.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of total work experience, with 2+ years in a managerial HR role. Experience in the F&B, Interior, Hospitality Industry is preferred (minimum 4 years). Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
