Job Description

Responsibilities

CORE L&D Ops skills:

  • Create and maintain training activity records.
  • End to end Induction process (co-ordination, scheduling, liaising with various teams to set up the venue, infrastructure, sending invites)
  • Quarterly Training Calendar preparation.
  • Complete Learning admin tasks - generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails.
  • Create/design curricula as agreed with the business.
  • Resolve requests from users, including troubleshooting and Case management.
  • Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions in appropriate format.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, implement feedback and obtain signoffs throughout development cycle.
  • Track and improve SLA's/KPI's, complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly process performance review meetings.
  • Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities.
  • Sound knowledge on Training Demands, Need analysis.
  • Vendor Management- end to end Coordination.
  • Invoicing Process Knowledge And Expense management
  • Attendance marking, Session coordination, Feedback collation & maintain records.
Profile required

Education: Bachelor degree / Post Graduate

Experience: 6 - 8 years

Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with Stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to be the influencers among the Senior leadership group.
  • Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT/Office skills, Cognitive (thinking, reasoning, remembering) skills.
  • MS Office: Must have strong Excel Analytics, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage End to end operations management , Proficiency in Transforming and setting the new process to lift and shift.
