As a Lead HR Service Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the HR service administration function. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers while driving compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will leverage both existing and emerging technologies to ensure rapid and effective resolution of inquiries. Additionally, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of HR operations and the overall employee experience.
You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you'll work out of our Bengaluru, Campus 2 location on a On-site work schedule.
