Lead HR Ops - APAC Region - 5+ Years - Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Lead HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end Global HR Shared Services for the APAC regions. This role requires strong expertise in HR operations, payroll support, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination in a global environment.

Responsibilities -
Manage onboarding, exits, and employee data management for APAC regions
Provide Tier-1 payroll support and administer employee benefits across APAC
Handle background verification, employee referencing, and leave administration
Support performance management processes and resolve employee system access queries
Manage vendors, invoices, audits, compliance requirements, SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements
Requirements -
4-7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
Hands-on experience supporting APAC regions (UK / North America exposure is an added advantage)
Strong knowledge of APAC statutory regulations, labour laws, and employee benefits
Experience in HR transitions, ERP systems, reporting, and dashboards
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management and adaptability
