Position: HR Business Partner / Lead - People & Culture
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR leader with 15 years of Core HR experiebce, to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic partner who can align people strategies with business goals while ensuring operational excellence and nurturing a values-driven culture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and bring rigor to both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with the Business Head to translate business strategies into impactful HR initiatives.
Co-lead organizational transformation, workforce planning, and business turnarounds from an HR lens.
Align HR strategies to drive outcomes across growth, performance, and retention.
Talent & Capability Building
Drive organizational design, capability development, and succession planning aligned with business needs.
Champion leadership development, internal mobility, and future-ready skill-building programs.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Culture & Change Champion
Build and foster a resilient, inclusive, and agile culture.
Lead change management initiatives during high-growth or transition phases.
Cultivate a collaborative "One Team" mindset across functions and levels.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and implement employee engagement and development programs tailored for startup dynamics.
Proactively resolve employee concerns with empathy and business alignment.
Lead initiatives to retain top performers and mission-critical talent.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure seamless execution across onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and exit processes.
Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and equitable.
Conduct periodic reviews and benchmarking aligned with performance and retention goals.
Operational Excellence
Lead and execute critical HR processes and people initiatives hands-on, with rigor and ownership.
Establish scalable HR systems, processes, and documentation to support business scalability.
Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience
Strong generalist HR experience with exposure to strategic HR business partnering.
Proven ability to work in high-growth or startup environments.
Deep understanding of both people dynamics and business priorities.
Hands-on executor with a bias for action and data-driven decision making.
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
