- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources (Premier B-School), with 2-4 years of experience
- Professional and commercial acumen, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and facilitation skills
- Well organized, responsive and able to work under pressure
