Job Summary:

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization as part of the company's People and Culture team (India). This role would be both a strategic and hands-on role. You will work with senior leaders to establish a People Strategy which seeks to further business objectives. Your role is critical in executing our people initiatives by developing and implementing a framework for an overall People Strategy, driving HR functional excellence and overall process improvement. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners.

What You'll Do

People Strategy:

  • Work with business stakeholders to develop and grow org-wide initiatives
  • Develop a conceptual framework to manage a multi-pronged People Strategy covering business partnership, talent management, succession planning employee experience, learning and development, etc.
  • Develop policies and frame work which are competitive in market and employee friendly
  • Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career progression
  • Be an independent advisor to the Business Head in all HR related matters
  • Leverage People Analytics to refine and grow agile HR practices


Business Partnership

  • Create and execute processes to manage the entire employee life cycle with business partnership teams
  • Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Coach and advise business partners/ line managers to facilitate organization change
  • Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend
interventions backed by data


  • Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
  • Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework


Talent Management

  • Build a talent pipeline framework to grow the next generation of leaders through talent management programs and succession planning
  • Ensure proper functional onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs
  • Implement robust talent identification, assessment and development processes
  • Support the leadership community to build great teams via training programs and a robust measurement framework
  • Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture


Performance Management

  • Drive and facilitate effective performance management processes across the organization
  • Foster a continuous feedback culture for both evaluative and development feedback

Essential:
  • Experience functioning in high stress situations
  • 7+ years in HR function within minimum 5+ yrs in stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated competency in MS Excel and power point


Preferred:
  • Experience in Engagement, PMS and LMS tools preferred
  • Basics of HR Analytics
