Responsibilities: A. Digital Infrastructure & Governance
Develop and maintain the digital infrastructure roadmap for all hotel assets.
Oversee IT budget planning, monitoring, and cost optimization across hardware, software, and digital initiatives.
Analyse IT infrastructure requirements given by hotel operators.
Establish governance frameworks for IT operations, cybersecurity, and data protection.
B. Technology Deployment & Maintenance
Lead end-to-end deployment of systems including PMS, POS, CRM, ERP, revenue management tools, housekeeping tech, and guest-facing solutions.
Ensure timely upgrades, configuration management, and system reliability across all hotels.
Monitor vendor SLAs and ensure high service uptime and performance.
C. Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage procurement of hardware, software licenses, networks, and digital tools.
Evaluate, onboard, and manage technology vendors and service providers.
Conduct commercial and technical assessments to support buying decisions and negotiations.
D. Cybersecurity & System Integration
Ensure cybersecurity protocols, IT compliance, and data privacy requirements are implemented across all assets.
Coordinate integration of hotel systems to achieve seamless data exchange across departments (PMS-POS-Finance-CRM- Engineering).
Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments.
E. Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Develop analytics frameworks to track hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, operational KPIs).
Deploy dashboards and BI tools that enable real-time decision-making for leadership and operations teams.
Support predictive analytics and digital insights for revenue optimization and operational efficiency.
F. Digital Adoption & Innovation
Promote adoption of new technologies across hotel teams including mobile solutions, automation, IoT, robotics, AI/ML tools, and smart asset systems.
Drive digital literacy, conduct training programs, and support change management during new deployments.
Identify innovation opportunities that enhance guest experience, operational productivity, and business scalability.
Qualifications: Essential Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Hospitality Technology Management, or equivalent. Desirable/Preferable
Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, CISSP/CISM (for cybersecurity), certification in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), or hotel technology platforms.
Additional advantage: Certifications in data analytics (Power BI, Tableau), automation, or digital transformation.
8-14 years of experience in IT leadership roles within hotels, hospitality groups, real estate asset management, or related service industries.
