Key Requirements:
7+ Years of Experience in Healthcare Technical Recruiting:
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in healthcare technical recruiting.
Should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles, medical technologies, and healthcare regulations.
Experience with Medical Device Validation Requirements:
The candidate must have recruited for roles related to medical device validation, which involves ensuring that medical devices meet regulatory standards and perform as expected.
Knowledge of FDA regulations and validation processes for medical devices is essential.
W2 Experience:
The recruiter should have experience working with candidates on a W2 basis (employees of the company rather than contractors).
Experience managing employee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance on W2 terms is required.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
The ability to negotiate, influence, and convey complex technical information clearly.
