As a Lead Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, (internally titled _________) you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. You will play a critical role in leading and driving the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products.



Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools Experience with hardware testing and validation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities WE VALUE Proven track record of successful hardware design projects Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs
