Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize ground transport operations, including parking area accounting and management, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Implement strategies to enhance passenger experience through seamless ground transport services.
• Collaborate with the Head GTB at Head Office to align asset-level operations with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze transport operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the integration of ground transport operations with the airport's infrastructure and logistics framework.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead initiatives to improve parking management systems and technologies, ensuring accuracy in accounting and reporting.
• Support the CSO in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives at the asset level.
• Train and mentor the ground transport team to uphold operational standards and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in all ground transport operations.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience of 7-8 years in ground transport operations or related fields within the aviation or infrastructure sector.
• Expertise in parking area management, accounting, and operational optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and vendor relationships.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Advanced certifications in logistics or transport management.

Years & Type of Experience

• 7-8 years of experience in ground transport operations, preferably within airport infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale transport systems and parking facilities.

Domain Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of ground transport operations and parking management systems.
• Familiarity with airport infrastructure and logistics frameworks.
• Experience in implementing operational strategies to enhance passenger experience.
