Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated

Lead Graphic Designer

to oversee our creative design team and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively handle client interactions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand client requirements, translate ideas into designs, and guide the team toward timely and impactful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction. Take ownership of client communication, provide timely responses, and maintain strong professional relationships. Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital and print, including branding, social media, marketing campaigns, website graphics, and more. Review, guide, and provide constructive feedback on the team's design work. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and product to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while meeting quality standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Support and mentor junior designers to improve skills and performance. Proactively suggest creative ideas and solutions to enhance brand presence and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3+ years of experience

in graphic design, with at least

2 years in a leadership or team management role

. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency across various design formats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to take responsibility and handle clients independently. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), CorelDRAW, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of branding, colour theory, layout design, typography, and UI/UX fundamentals. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
