: Design Lead

Role Focus:

Brand Identity & Product Aesthetics

Core Objective:

To oversee all visual output and ensure My Brand Box offers market-leading, high-quality branding, packaging designs that win clients.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction:

Set the visual standard for all client projects and internal branding.

Workflow Management:

Supervise 3 Designers, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Client Collaboration:

Interpret complex client briefs and translate them into "production-ready" designs.

Innovation:

Stay updated on global packaging trends, sustainable materials, and structural design.

Production Sync:

Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure designs are technically feasible for printing/manufacturing.
Requirements

Experience:

6-10 years in Graphic Design/Product Design (Agencies or Packaging firms preferred).

Portfolio:

Must show a strong sense of typography, layout, and structural (3D) packaging awareness.

Tools:

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Coral Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of 3D mockup tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,720.85 - ₹35,560.43 per month
