About the Role

We're looking for a versatile and proactive Lead Graphic Designer to build and own our brand's visual identity across all platforms--from ads and packaging to website, social media, and product communication. You'll work closely with the brand and marketing team to bring ideas to life and create designs that not only look stunning but also convert.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys doing a bit of everything--branding, product creatives, social media, print, and web.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs for:
Social media posts, ad creatives (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Packaging and product labels
Website banners and landing page assets
Email and WhatsApp templates
Product manuals and brochures
Work with 3D renders, product photos, and raw content to develop final visuals
Collaborate with marketing team on campaign ideas and brand storytelling
Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Optimize creatives for platform formats (Instagram, Amazon, YouTube, etc.)
Occasionally edit or assemble simple videos, GIFs, or reels (preferred but not mandatory)
Requirements

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C/e-commerce/brandin
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus
Understanding of design for performance marketing (CTAs, scroll-stoppers, etc.)
Ability to work independently, take feedback, and iterate quickly
A solid portfolio of brand and digital work (please attach)
Experience working with 3D renders or collaborating with 3D artists
Nice to Have

Basic animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.)
Knowledge of print production (packaging, manuals, POS)
Evaluation Process

Shortlisted candidates will be given a design assignment as part of the evaluation process to assess creative thinking, execution, and brand alignment.
