JD - Lead Graphic Designer

As Lead Graphic Designer, you will support our efforts to build a strong internal and external brand that brings to life our employee value proposition and highlights our work, our organizational culture and our values. This is a Hyderabad-based role that requires you to directly liaise with key senior stakeholders and function leads in the office, and collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Communications team on workstreams and deliverables. Multi-tasking on multiple projects, you will prioritize workstreams based on urgency and strategic importance to help deliver impactful campaigns and collaterals. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be effective at managing their time and priorities, and be proactive and enthusiastic about envisioning and actioning new ideas, always looking for ways to improve experience, content, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications, you will create and manage our brand\'s visual identity for all our design assets and collaterals in digital and print form.
• You will work closely with internal leaders in Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business pillars to analyze and understand their requirements, and create engaging visual collaterals for print and digital. This includes leaders\' business presentations and reports, infographics, social media visuals, GIFs, brochures, marketing collaterals, ads, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Working closely with external agencies and internal development teams you will help maintain and evolve the visual elements of our intranet, website pages, and microsites, applying digital design best practices.
• As part of your key strategic goals, you will create a repository of reusable templates and assets that will provide visual consistency and make it easy for our teams to quickly put together content and presentations by themselves.
• You will act as a brand guardian to ensure that all visual collaterals created by external agencies meet our brand guidelines. This includes physical experience spaces, major campaigns, usage of logos, and advertisements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor of Fine Arts / BSc in Visual Communication, or an equivalent design diploma or degree
• 6+ years\' overall experience, and at least 3 years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization or GCC. Agency experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise with a strong portfolio that showcases skills in print and digital design across an array of business collaterals as mentioned above. Please share this online as a digital portfolio.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Adobe CS tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Canva. Advanced skills in Excel to translate data into visual infographics. Premier video editing experience and advanced knowledge of other design tools is a bonus.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation, ability to understand stakeholders\' requirements and translate these into impactful visual stories and collaterals.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time, costs, and deadlines, maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional approach to managing stakeholders and competing priorities
