Lead Graphic Designer Role:

As the

Lead Graphic Designer

, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the creative direction of all design projects across the platform. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with various departments, and ensure that Trakky's visual identity is consistently represented across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction

: Lead the overall design direction and ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media, including websites, social media, emails, advertisements, brochures, and more.

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance and feedback on design concepts and execution.

Collaborative Design

: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business and user goals.

Design Execution

: Create high-quality design assets that align with the brand's voice and objectives, ensuring the visual experience is seamless and engaging.

Design Strategy

: Develop and execute design strategies that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.

Stay Current

: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that Trakky's design efforts remain cutting-edge and innovative.

Quality Control

: Oversee the production of design deliverables and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across all visual assets.

Brand Evolution

: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Trakky's brand identity and ensure the brand is represented effectively across all customer touchpoints.

Presentation & Communication

: Present design concepts and ideas to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating design choices and rationales.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, or Lead Designer (1.5+ years preferred). Experience managing a team of designers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across both digital and print mediums.

Skills

: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practices. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team to achieve high-quality design outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
