Job Description

:

• Strong hold on design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.
• Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.
• Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and software.
• Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
• To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand guideline and platform's best practices.
• Excellent communication and management skills to close work on time.
• To work closely with the junior designers to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.
• Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from brief, creative, design and production.
• Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations independently.
• Quality control.
• Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills.
• Multimedia, BMM, Arts graduate/field related. (not mandatory)

• Strong designing & communication skills.
• Strong eye towards details and getting things done.
• Proven experience in graphic designing.
• Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.
• Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.
• Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects and interact with large teams, stakeholders, etc.
