Job Summary : - We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the design innovation for our paper plate, napkin , cups product line.- This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and market appeal of our products, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging and marketable designs for a consumer product.- This will be a 0-1 to role hence the candidate is expected to do a lot of hustle and problem solving. Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and trend-forward designs considering target demographics, seasonal trends, and market demands.- Create original artwork, patterns, illustrations, and typography for various paper plate collections. - Translate design concepts into production-ready files, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Explore and experiment with different printing techniques and finishes to enhance the visual impact of designs. Design Leadership: - Lead the design process from concept to final production, providing creative direction and guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production to ensure design alignment with overall business objectives. Market Research and Trend Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research (US and Europe) to identify design trends, consumer preferences,and competitive landscape.- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform design decisions and optimize product performance. Production: - Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate color matching, print quality, and overall design execution.- Work with printing teams at factories for final samples. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in consumer product design or packaging.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creative solutions. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. - Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
