Financial Shared Services

You will be part of Financial Shared Services where we and local finance team will work together to support for reporting numbers, assist for audits and other financial operations. The Lead will support stakeholders by applying data analytics, financial planning and accounting knowledge to drive performance metrics.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate leaders to determine financial reporting needs
• Compare and analyze actual results with plans and forecasts
• Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends;

recommending actions to management to mitigate challenges and optimize strengths. * Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets, forecasts, reporting and monthly variance analysis. * Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for internal use.

• Provide analytical and operational support to the business units

What you bring

• 8+ years working with financial data and reports.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or CWA would be a added advantage.
• Solid experience tracking down the right data and digging into large amounts of data to get to the bottom of tricky financial problems.
• An ability and drive to go the extra mile and persistence to be able to present recommendations.
• Possess hands-on analytic ability as a core competency, with a high level of expertise in MS Excel.
• Senior level analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.
• Foundational understanding of accounting, GAAP and IRFS
