Role Overview
As a
Lead Generator
, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in the U.S. mortgage industry. This is a
night shift
role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, experience in international voice processes, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. (homeowners, buyers, real estate agents)
Generate and qualify leads for various mortgage products (home loans, refinancing, HELOCs, etc.)
Gather and verify basic customer information (e.g., property details, credit score range, loan needs)
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to U.S.-based mortgage loan officers
Log and manage all leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Velocify)
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and performance KPIs
Stay updated with U.S. mortgage trends, interest rates, and compliance protocols
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
1+ years of experience in U.S. voice process / lead generation / telemarketing / BPO sales
Excellent spoken and written English with neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
Prior experience in mortgage, insurance, or financial services is a strong plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry best practices
Ability to work independently during night shifts and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work U.S. time zones (EST/PST)
Preferred Skills
Experience with U.S. mortgage products (FHA, VA, conventional, refinance, etc.)
Knowledge of U.S. compliance standards (TCPA, DNC list handling, etc.)
BPO experience in finance or real estate verticals
Strong objection handling and conversion skills
