We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, gather relevant information, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and business opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and online research.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and update information regularly.
Qualify leads based on company criteria before sharing them with the sales team.
Schedule appointments, demos, or introductory calls for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Use CRM tools and lead generation platforms to manage and organize leads.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred (freshers can also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good research and data collection abilities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
