Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Lead Generator
to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and help identify potential business opportunities by generating quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, online research, and social media.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Follow up with potential clients for meetings, feedback, and clarification.
Understand company products/services and convey them clearly to prospects.
Schedule appointments and set up meetings for the sales executives.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or business development.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of CRM tools (optional, training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in elevator or construction-related industries is a plus.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
