We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused
Student Support Representative(Lead Generator)
to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey with us. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist students with orders, returns, refunds, and other service-related requests.
Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Build rapport with students and encourage referrals through excellent service and support.
Proactively identify common student issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or student support is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if applicable).
Problem-solving mindset with a calm and patient attitude.
Ability to work on-site, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Graduate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
