Role: Lead Generator
As a Lead Generator at OdNest Edutech, you will be the first point of contact in our business development cycle. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through calls, emails, and social platforms, and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Your role will directly contribute to the company's growth by ensuring a steady flow of prospective clients for the sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with prospects.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and interest in OdNest's solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details and progress.
Work closely with the Business Development Executives to hand over qualified leads.
Meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
Continuously improve lead generation strategies by analyzing performance data.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of lead generation tools, email outreach, and CRM systems.
Ability to conduct online research and identify decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing is an advantage.
