We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified prospect acquisition and fuel our sales pipeline.


This role requires strong research skills, strategic outreach capabilities, and the ability to generate high-intent leads through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, research, and segment potential leads using online tools, databases, and market insights Execute lead generation strategies across email, social media, and outbound communication Maintain and update lead lists while ensuring lead quality and relevance Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm, qualified leads Track performance metrics and optimize outreach for better conversion

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting Basic understanding of CRM tools, digital outreach, and sales funnels Strong communication and research skills
