About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the BD team in achieving revenue targets for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct inbound & outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital communication to generate qualified business leads. Source potential customer data through platforms like JustDial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Google, and field inquiries. Schedule client meetings & appointments for Business Development Executives / Managers. Understand client requirements and share preliminary project & company information. Maintain lead database (CRM), track conversions, and follow-up regularly. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead funnels. Support development of inquiries for 2BHK-5BHK residential interiors & commercial office fit-out projects. Assist with basic documentation, quotation follow-ups & pipeline reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in marketing, business or related field preferred. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong persuasion & follow-up skills. Experience in

construction / interior / real estate industry

preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets & CRM tools. Comfortable with calling targets and lead generation metrics.

Experience

0-2 years in telecalling / lead generation / inside sales (Freshers can apply).
