Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads through online research, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.), and other professional networks.
Generate qualified leads for
Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, or Software Services
.
Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate details and follow-up actions.
Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, cold calling, and social media to introduce company services.
Work closely with the
Business Development Team
to convert leads into opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business segments and potential clients.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports of lead generation activities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, or other lead sourcing tools
.
Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (Web, App, Software, etc.).
Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential clients.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
.
Experience or internship in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in IT).
Familiarity with
CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
is an added advantage.
