Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.
Perform LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and engage decision-makers.
Draft and send professional email campaigns to targeted prospects.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and prospect information.
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent English speaking skills.
Fresher to Experienced candidates are eligible to apply if experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
