Job Description

Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms. Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound methods. Nurture and qualify leads through strategic communication to set appointments or pass them to the sales team. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information and activity logs. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaign goals. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs. Segment and manage lead lists based on industry, job title, company size, geography, etc. Track and report on lead generation metrics and suggest process improvements. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience behavior.
