We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Lead Generation Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads to nurture continuing interest.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets.
Track, report, and analyze lead generation metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle outbound calling and customer engagement.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing strategies.
Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Good analytical and research skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months - 2 years of experience in lead generation or telemarketing (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
