Position Overview:



We are looking for a proactive

Lead Generation Telecaller

to identify and qualify leads for our

Google Ads and IT services

. This role is focused on outbound calling, gathering client interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce digital services Qualify leads based on business needs and readiness Schedule sales consultations for qualified prospects Keep CRM system updated with call outcomes and lead statuses Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:



Experience in lead generation or telecalling roles Basic understanding of Google Ads or digital marketing services Clear and persuasive communication skills Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Target-driven and well-organized
