Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Lead Generation Executive

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for our IT products/services. This role requires strong research skills, communication abilities, and an understanding of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients within the IT industry (B2B). Generate qualified leads through online platforms, databases, social channels, email campaigns, and cold outreach. Understand the company's IT services/products to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate lead information. Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies. Set up appointments/meetings for the Sales team with qualified leads. Track lead generation metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Participate in campaigns, webinars, and digital outreach activities as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or technology services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and lead-generation platforms. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in B2B technology sales or SaaS environments. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques. Familiarity with IT outsourcing, or software development.
