Key Responsibilities: Verify travel leads by calling potential customers to confirm their interest and intent. Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking customer information with internal databases. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales or booking team. Maintain detailed records of verification calls, and customer responses in the CRM system. Identify and report fraudulent or spam leads to prevent revenue loss. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies. Provide customer assistance by answering basic inquiries related to travel packages, pricing, and destinations. Follow up with potential customers who need additional verification or have incomplete information.
