Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive with strong communication skills to identify and qualify potential business opportunities. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is results-driven, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases
Initiate contact via emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, or other communication channels
Qualify leads based on target criteria and set up appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and interaction history Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
