Lead Generation Specialist

to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Job Summary:



The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads through a variety of channels, including online research, cold calling, social media outreach, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and skilled at building relationships with potential clients. This role is essential in supporting the sales team and helping the company grow its client base.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Identification:

Conduct research to identify and target potential clients in industries that could benefit from Pentoz Technology's services (website development, mobile app development, game app development).

Outreach:

Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to generate interest in the company's offerings.

Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on their needs and interest level, ensuring they are a good fit for the company's services.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and outreach activities in the CRM system. Track and report on lead generation progress and performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target leads, messaging, and campaign strategies.

Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with potential clients, nurturing relationships and providing relevant information to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns and strategies, including content creation, email templates, and outreach strategies.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new lead generation opportunities.

Lead Conversion:

Support the sales team by passing qualified leads for further engagement, meetings, and sales presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (experience in the IT services industry is a plus). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage prospects effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead generation tools. Ability to perform market research and identify potential leads from various sources. A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong desire to meet or exceed lead generation targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media outreach, and email marketing is a plus. A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
