Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, social media, ads, and other channels
Qualify leads and assess readiness for sales (MQLs / SQLs)
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
Create and optimize outreach messages, landing pages, and campaigns
Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
Continuously test and improve lead generation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
Strong research and prospecting skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B or B2C lead generation
Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
